At DINS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Exchanges: You have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange for products purchased on our website.
Returns (Withdrawal): For returns and refunds, the request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Sale Items: For products purchased during sales or with promotional values, the deadline for both exchanges and returns is 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.

Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm (BRT), excluding holidays.
Required Information: Please provide your order number in your message.
Shipping Process: Once your request is received, you will be sent an authorization code for the Post Office (Correios). This code is valid for 10 calendar days. If the code expires, shipping costs will become the customer's responsibility.
Note: Only one return/exchange request is allowed per order.
Requests made after the stated deadlines will not be accepted.
The product must be in perfect condition, with the original exchange tags still attached to the piece.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or defects caused by misuse will not be accepted. In these cases, the item will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Quality Control: All returned items undergo an analysis by DINS Quality Control, which takes up to 3 (three) business days after receipt.
Exchanges: Exchange requests (for size or a different product) will only be processed after the quality analysis is confirmed.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Credit Card Refunds: The time for the credit to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card issuer, bank procedures, and your billing cycle.
